Raspberry-Peach Lemonade BCAAs

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil peach until soft, about 30 seconds. Once it has cooled, peel off skin and remove pit.
  2. Puree until smooth. Add water and BCAAs and blend again until BCAAs have fully dissolved. Pour into glasses with ice and enjoy
  3. Calories: 10, Protein 0g, Carbs: 2g, Fat: 0g
