Ingredients

1 sugar-free hot chocolate mix sachet
1 scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice

Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!

Mint Chocolate Latte

Ingredients
1 c brewed coffee
1 scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein

Instructions
1. Blend together until frothy and enjoy!

Mint Chocolate Crumble

Ingredients
1 c raw almonds
12 pitted Medjool dates
1 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
1 scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
2 tbsp. honey

Instructions
1. In a blender or food processor, blend almonds and dates until ground.
2. Pour into mixing bowl and add dark cocoa powder, Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein and honey. Mix until combined.
3. Line loaf pan with parchment paper and press mixture into pan. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
4. Remove parchment paper from loaf pan. Cut into 8 squares and enjoy!

Serves 8. Serving size: 1 square.

Creamy Mint Choc Ice

Ingredients
1 c plain nonfat greek yoghurt
1 scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Whisk greek yoghurt, Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein, cocoa powder, and honey until smooth. Pour mixture into 4 ice lolly moulds and add sticks.
2. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
3. Melt chocolate chips and pour melted chocolate on tops of choc ices. Let chocolate drip down and harden. Enjoy!

Makes 4 choc ices. Serving size: 1 choc ice.

Freeze time: 2 + hours

Mint Chocolate Brownie Cake

Ingredients
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1/3 c cashew butter
2 tbsp. honey
1 egg
2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp. dark chocolate cocoa powder
1 scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Icing:
1/2 can unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 c baking stevia
1/8 tsp. peppermint extract

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
2. Refrigerate can of coconut milk upside down for at least 8 hours or overnight
3. Mix coconut oil, cashew butter, honey, egg, and coconut
4. Add cocoa powder, Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein, and baking soda and mix until combined
5. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool.
6. Open can of coconut milk right side up. After being refrigerated, the top of the coconut milk should be solidified. Scoop half of the solidified coconut milk(not the liquid underneath) into mixing bowl and whisk until it turns into whipped cream.
7. Add stevia and peppermint extract, and 2 drops of green food colouring, if desired.
8. Frost cooled cake and cut into 8 squares. Enjoy!

Makes 8 pieces. Serving size: 1 piece.

Chocolate Mint Bites

Ingredients
1 c unsweetened shredded coconut
1 scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
2 tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. mint extract
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1/4 c dark chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Blend coconut until fine.
2. Add Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein, honey, mint extract, and coconut oil and mix until combined.
3. Pack coconut mixture into a tablespoon and place onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Repeat this step until coconut mixture is gone (should make 12 patties). Freeze for 30 minutes.
4. Melt dark chocolate chips. Dip each coconut patty into chocolate until coated. Freeze until chocolate has hardened. Store in freezer. Enjoy!

Makes 12 patties. Serving size: 2 patties.

Dark Chocolate Mint Protein Balls

Ingredients
1 c old fashioned oats
1 scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
1 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
1/3 c natural peanut butter
1/4 c honey
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1/4 c mini chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Mix oats, Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein, and cocoa powder.
2. Add peanut butter, honey, and peppermint extract.
3. Fold in mini chocolate chips and roll into 9 even balls. Store in fridge.

Makes 9 bites. Serving size: 1 bite.

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c old fashioned oats, ground
1 tsp. baking soda
1 scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c agave nectar
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 egg
1/4 c dark chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C. Grease baking sheet and set aside.
2. Mix wheat flour, ground oats, baking soda, Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein, cocoa powder, and salt.
3. Add agave nectar, coconut oil, and egg and mix until just combined. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
4. Spoon dough onto sheet (should make about 12 cookies). Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!

Makes 12 cookies. Serving size: 2 cookies.

Mint Chocolate Biscotti

Ingredients
2 scoops Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
1/2 c blanched almond flour
1/2 c baking stevia
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 eggs
1/4 c mini chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein, almond flour, baking stevia, and cocoa powder.
3. Add eggs and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Pour batter onto parchment paper and spread into a rectangle. Bake for 30 minutes on the bottom rack. Pull out of oven and let cool.
5. Once cooled, cut into 10 slices. Spread each biscotti onto the baking sheet and bake on one side for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and flip over to bake another 8-10 minutes. These cookies should be hard and crunchy. Dip in coffee, hot chocolate, etc!

Makes 12 biscotti cookies. Serving size: 1 cookie.

Mint Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients
1 cup Chocolate Halo Top (Low calorie) Icecream
1 scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice

1. Blend all ingredients. If desired, top with low-fat whipped cream and a glazed cherry. Enjoy!
