- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1 scoop Cherry Limeade IdealLean Pre-Workout
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- Put all the ingredients in the blender/food processor and blend until thick and smooth, consistency of ice cream. Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm enough to scoop and hold its shape.
- Note: If your food processor is not very strong, you may need to add a bit more milk to make it easier to blend.
- Serves 2
- Prep time= 3 minutes
- Freeze time= 2 hours
