Cinnamon Almond Rice Cakes

Our Cinnamon Almond Rice Cakes are the perfect go to snack, pre or post-workout and take seconds to prepare!!

  • ½ scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. low fat cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 2 rice cakes
  • 2 tsp. honey


  • Mix protein, cinnamon, cream cheese, and almond milk until smooth. Spread mixture onto 2 rice cakes. Sprinkle almonds and drizzle honey on top and enjoy!
