Caramel Mocha Coffee Cubes
Ingredients
1 cup brewed coffee
1 scoop IdealLean Caramel Mocha Protein
1 cup Unsweetened coconut milk (to taste)
1 tbsp. calorie-free caramel syrup (eg. Walden Farms)
Instructions
- Mix coffee and Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein until powder has fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixed liquid into ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
- Drizzle the inside of a cup with sugar-free caramel syrup and fill with frozen coffee cubes
- Add coconut milk to the cup
- Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the cubes to melt and infuse milk. Enjoy!

Caramel Mocha Cupcakes
Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 scoop IdealLean Caramel Mocha Protein
1/3 c old fashioned oats, ground into flour
1/3 c almond flour
2 tbsp. unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
1/4 c coconut sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Icing:
1/2 can unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 scoop IdealLean Caramel Mocha Protein
Instructions
- Refrigerate canned coconut milk upside down overnight for at least 8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
- Fill 8 cupcake tins with liners and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk together egg whites, almond milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Combine Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein, oats, almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and baking powder to a separate mixing bowl. Add to wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fill cupcake tins and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Open can of coconut milk right side up. After being refrigerated, the top of the coconut milk should be solidified. Scoop 1/2 of the solidified coconut milk(not the coconut water underneath) into mixing bowl and whisk with 1/2 scoop of Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein to make the icing. Frost each cupcake and enjoy!

Caramel Mocha Protein Fudge
Ingredients
1/2 c almond butter
1 scoop Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein
3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Line a loaf pan with wax paper. Set aside.
2. Mix all ingredients until combined and pour into loaf pan. Freeze for about half an hour, or until solid. Cut into 10 equal pieces. Store in freezer. Enjoy!

Caramel Mocha Mousse
Ingredients
7 oz. extra firm tofu
1 scoop Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein
2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour equally into 2 separate bowls. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes or until serving, and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 c unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp. agave nectar

Caramel Apple Dip
Ingredients
1/2 c organic coconut sugar
1/4 c unsweetened coconut milk
1 scoop Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein
Instructions
1. Heat coconut sugar and coconut milk over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and stir in Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein. Dip apples and enjoy!

Caramel Mocha PB Squares
Ingredients
1/2 c natural peanut butter
1/4 c honey
2/3 c old fashioned oats
1 scoop Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein
1/4 c dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Heat peanut butter and honey in microwave about 30 seconds or until drippy.
2. Add oats and Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein and mix until combined.
3. Press mixture down into loaf pan. Melt dark chocolate chips and spread on top of bars.
4. Freeze for 30 minutes to harden. Cut into 8 squares and enjoy!

Ingredients
1/2 scoop Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein
1 sugar-free hot chocolate sachet
1 c hot water
Instructions
1. In a mug, mix water and hot chocolate mix until the powder has dissolved and water cools down a little.
2. Add Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein and mix until combined. If desired, add fat-free whipped cream and caramel sauce. Enjoy!

Caramel Mocha Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches
Ingredients
1/2 c old fashioned oats, ground into flour
1/2 scoop Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. agave nectar
1/2 c Halo Top Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Instructions
1. Mix ground oats, Caramel Mocha IdealLean Protein, salt, and baking powder.
2. Add almond milk, egg white, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and agave nectar and mix until combined.
3. Pour mixture into heated waffle iron and remove when done. Let waffle cool and break waffle apart into fourths.
4. Sandwich 1/4 cup Vanilla Bean Halo Top ice cream between 2 pieces. Store in freezer.
