Why Fit Model Fitness?
My challenge is a gym based program, with simple and delicious meal plans. I love training at the gym because it is a place to connect, build relationships, and sweat it out. My workouts are designed to help you get some of your best results EVER! They are split up into three different parts:
SCULPT - strength (focus on weight training/muscle)
SHRED - sweat (focus on HIIT/fat loss
STRETCH - stretch and rest
And, you don't have to spend all day meal prepping to see results. It can be manageable, simple, and delicious. With my Challenge you will get at least 8 recipes to choose from for every meal. This way you can switch things up, stick to your favourites, or mix and match as you choose.
The aim of my challenge is to help you ladies not only look great, but also feel great! Exercise keeps me sane and keeps me motivated to keep progressing and achieve my goals. I want to spread that mentality and get you ladies joining the movement.
